Peyton Manning: Did He Make the Right Call Signing with the Denver Broncos?
In the NFL, a lot of crazy things happen. But when a surefire Hall of Fame inductee, Super Bowl champion and quarterback who is usually among the league's best in every statistical category (excluding interceptions) takes Tim Tebow's place in Denver, the craziness starts.
Peyton Manning signed a five-year, $96 million deal Tuesday, and now he's the newest member of the Denver Broncos.
Now, Tebowmania succumbs to Manningmania.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The move seemed to be a lot about finding the right fit, but could it have been the cash that lured Manning to Denver?
To me and to many others, it seemed San Francisco easily gave Manning the best chance to win a Super Bowl. Without Manning, the Colts went from AFC South champs to worst team in the NFL. With Alex Smith, the Niners were a Kyle Williams fumble away from Super Bowl 46.
With Manning, imagine what the 49ers could have done.
Denver made the playoffs with Tebow, and they made the second round after Tebow's magic in the first round. However, against the best offenses, he wasn't able to guide Denver to wins.
Manning can score points for a team, but Denver allowed 40-plus points five times last season. San Francisco has the best defense in the NFL.
If Manning was worried about facing his brother, Eli, he shouldn't have been. Peyton has never lost to Eli, but in the AFC, where Tom Brady's Patriots reside, Peyton has struggled (against New England particularly).
Now, Tebowmania is done in Denver. Tebow's young career could fall apart in New York, with all the locker room issues and Mark Sanchez—all thanks to one dumb decision by Manning.
Denver signed Manning to win a championship. However, I don't see a championship coming anytime soon. If Denver starts to blossom into a contender, it will be too late for Manning, who can only give about 3-5 more years.
And every single resident in Denver will be clamoring to bring Tebow back.
