"Jaguars owner Shad Khan has not had any negotiations with Tim Tebow's representatives, according to sources familiar with trade talks.

She reported that Tebow's people have not talked about a trade with anyone other than the Denver organization.
It's still possible the QB winds up in Jacksonville, but it may not be nearly as quick as some had speculated.

Pingalore reported that the Broncos will likely receive a third-round pick from one of these teams and that will be all it takes to pry the playoff-winning QB away from the franchise that drafted him No. 25 overall in 2010.
"He's totally willing to go to whatever place will give him the best situation as far as playing next season,'' said the source, who requested anonymity.
If Tebow truly wants the best situation for the 2012-13 season, he needs to go to Jacksonville. He has a chance to make a real impact on that franchise and he wouldn’t have to be doing it in the New York media market.
Tebow grew up in the Jacksonville area and played ball at Nease High School before moving to Gainesville and starring at the University of Florida. He’s a local hero and someone who could sell tickets for the struggling organization.
It also makes sense since the Jaguars have a new coach and a new owner, neither of whom have ties to any particular players on the roster. Blaine Gabbert, the Jags' 2011 first-round draft pick and incumbent QB, could be on his way out or to the bench after his poor play and little support from staff.
The Jets wouldn’t be a terrible option for Tebow on the field, but their well-documented chemistry issues last season are a caustic off-the-field issue. They do not need the media circus that Tebow brings and he could quickly divide the locker room and fanbase.
Jacksonville makes the most sense for the former Florida Gator legend and a homecoming would be good for him, the franchise and the NFL.
