Peyton Manning Press Conference: Start Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Updates

After the news yesterday that future Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning told his agent to complete negotiations with the Denver Broncos, the signing is expected to become official today.

According to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora, the Broncos will hold a press conference today at 3 p.m. ET to announce the signing of Manning. This is also expected to effectively end Tim Tebow's tenure with the Broncos as they will look to trade him.

The possible length and value of the contract has yet to be confirmed, but Arnie Stapleton of the Associated Press is reporting that it is expected to be somewhere in the neighborhood of five years and $95 million.

UPDATE: Tuesday, March 20 at 3:45 p.m. ET

As expected, Broncos executive vice president of football operations John Elway and owner Pat Bowlen introduced Manning to the media on Tuesday as the new quarterback of the Broncos. In the presser, which aired on ESPN2, Manning held up a No. 18 Broncos jersey and expressed his excitement to play in Denver.

The press conference will end what has pretty much been a five-team race between the Broncos, Tennessee Titans, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals to land the biggest free agent of all time.

An official announcement is sure to turn the NFL upside down, as it figures to affect where Tebow might land as well as what other teams in need of a quarterback might do. It's difficult to remember one player having such a profound impact on the league as a whole.
