Donald Driver: Packers WR Will Dominate Dancing with the Stars

Donald Driver is the latest NFL player to hit the big stage and take on the field of celebrities in Dancing with the Stars, and it will end with him winning it all. 

Being a success on ABC's Dancing with the Stars is more than just getting the steps down, you have to have the personality that will excite the fans that vote. 

As we all saw last season, the hype that brought Hope Solo in all but left her as the nation grew tired of her behind the scenes drama. 

Donald Driver is that athlete that loves to win but is not about to take this far too seriously that we would begin to roll our eyes from incessant melodrama. Instead, the nation will enjoy getting to know a Packers star that is already a fan favorite in Green Bay. 

You only need to see a few minutes of his practice session to know that he will be well within his element for a season of waltzes and tangos. 

After that, there is the obvious notion of footwork and athleticism to fall back on. This will be his season to shine before heading back into the twilight years of his career. 

The more renowned participants have to be Jaleel White of Family Matters fame and TV personality Maria Menounos. 

However, a report from WISN issues that Driver is mixing it up with the two stars and making his presence known early. 

Driver dropped in on White's rehearsal and talk of tactics usually relegated to the New England Patriots began. Via WISN.

We've been tweeting back and forth. Me and Peta peeked in one time, and (White) tweeted 'You're cheating already.' I told him I'd roll some marbles in there to make sure that they fall.

"

Menounos then chimed in. 

"You know what Double D has? And this is about it: That million-dollar smile. Just kidding. You know he's going to have moves. I'm always messing with him, but that smile is insane!"

In a sense, DWTS is all about having fun while you are on the show. That exuberance rubs off on the voters and judges in kind. 

Driver has the moves and the playful personality to shine for the duration of the season. 

He may not be a household name, but that will change soon enough.
