Peyton Manning Rumors: QB's Dedication to Family Points Towards Titans

Peyton Manning is down to the Tennessee Titans, San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos as possible destinations, but his final decision might just come down to something not football related. 

In separating themselves from the rest of the pack, it has become clear the "Final 3" are close to equal on almost every level.

All three can offer Manning the necessary contract. All three have the surrounding weapons to help Manning make another run at the Super Bowl. All three have managements and coaching staffs that Manning likes.

It's going to take something special to lure the legendary QB off of the free agent market.

That's why the Denver Post's Mike Klis' story is a good sign for Titans fans.

It's not really the fact that Manning celebrated his anniversary in Tennessee, but the fact he made time for his family during such a stressful and busy time says a lot about Manning's priorities.

Manning is 36 years old and has a set of twins. It's clear that family is important to him and it might just be that deciding factor in picking a team.

Point, Tennessee.

Manning, who played in college at the University of Tennessee, has much more familiarity in the state than in Colorado or California.

His wife, Ashley, grew up in Memphis.

If Manning had to call anywhere home, besides maybe Indianapolis, Tennessee would probably be the decision.

With all other things equal between Manning's final three teams, family may be what pushes a team over the edge.

If that happens, the Tennessee Titans will be Peyton Manning's new team.
