NCAA Basketball Scores 2012: N.C. State Win Promises Exciting Play in Day 4
It took until 7:15 p.m. EST for the first upset of Day 3 of the 2012 NCAA tournament to tip off yesterday.
The second game of Day 4 has already earned that honor.
The N.C. State Wolfpack—the No. 11 seed in the Midwest region—knocked off the sixth-seeded San Diego State Aztecs rather handily in a 79-65 win.

The second tip of the day behind Cincinnati's 65-59 win over Texas, N.C. State rode a hot ending to the season into a Round of 32 matchup with the winner of Georgetown and Belmont.
