XMMA 7 - INFERNO Press Release

Montreal, 13th January 2009 — After the undisputed success of their last event, XXMA is back with their next gala, XMMA 7: INFERNO. The event will be held on February 27th at the CEPSUM Amphitheatre from at the Universit?? de Montreal. An explosive fight card and a major league calibre show await fight fans in what will be an unforgettable night of fights.

With XMMA 7: INFERNO, fans will get their fill of special effects and high quality combat. This has been XMMA's mode of operation and with 2 championship fights and over 10 fights for the night; this show will once again be memorable.

The best prospect in MMA today, Guillaume "Il Toro" de Lorenzi will be the main event in the Octagon as he looks to continue his exceptional winning streak. On this night, he will take on the flamboyant American known as "The New York Bad Ass" Phil Baroni in a clash at 170 pounds.

For "Il Toro", this will be his golden opportunity to continue his ascension into the elite in a battle that will surely open the doors to the biggest organizations in the world.

On February 27th, 2 prestigious fights between women will also be taking place. Included will be Cristiane "CYBORG" Santos who will be making her debut for XMMA. In addition, Valerie Letourneau makes her return to the world of MMA.

Once Again, XMMA has put together an unprecedented fight card as they have brought back Steve "The Snake" Claveau to fight for the 155 pound championship belt against current champion Kajan "Ragin'" Johnson. Claveau, who has also shown himself to be a showman, proved it again without a doubt and increased his already large fan base.

Also fighting in a championship match is the current 205 pound champion Martin, "Stress" D'silets, as he will defend his belt against the man that gave him his first professional loss in Todd Gouwenberg in a match that is sure to be spectacular.
