There were only two upsets in the 16 NCAA Tournament games yesterday and one of them barely counts because it was the VCU Rams knocking off the Wichita State Shockers. In reality, That's hardly shocking at all.

The second day in the Round of 64 gets underway today and for those of us whose bracket needs help from some underdogs, today has to be the day.

Lower seeds with upset potential include: Texas, N.C. State, St. Bonaventure, Ohio, Purdue, South Florida and Xavier.
