One additional unnamed player will be called into the U.S. camp after Porter receives a release from the player's club. The final 20-man qualifying roster is due to CONCACAF by March 20th, with the Americans' first match kicking off two days later in Nashville, Tennessee.
The United States was drawn into Group A along with Canada, Cuba and El Salvador.
