LeBron James, Dwyane Wade Must Avoid Recruiting Peyton Manning to Dolphins
Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and LeBron James need to mind their own business as far as recruiting former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning to the Miami Dolphins is concerned.
I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they have their own team to worry about, right? And last time I checked, they have the high expectations of winning multiple championshipsโnot one, not two, not threeโand as far as I know, that's not going to be a given.
James and Wade need to focus on their own affairs right now, but according to multiple sources they are definitely not.

First, check out Wade on his Twitter account:
Obviously a very subtle hint that he wants to see the former sheriff of Indy bring his talents to South Beach.
As if that weren't enough, Mike Berardino of the Sun-Sentinel reports on LeBron's "one and only" pitch to bring Manning to Florida:
"โIโm just sayinโ,โ LeBron said. โDolphins need a quarterback, and Peytonโs available.โ
Later, I asked LeBron if he was trying to recruit Manning to Miami.
โOh, you guys heard me?โ he said with a smile. โI gave my pitch, my one and only pitch. Weโll see what happens.โ
"
Seriously guys, don't you have anything else to do at the moment?
Not only should they be focusing on basketball, but their pitch to bring in Manning is incredibly flawed.
The Dolphins would regret signing him.
Even if he is healthyโwhich is a huge question, mind youโhow much longer would he be able to play at a high level in the NFL? He is 35 years old, remember.
Not only that, but consider new head coach Joe Philbin.
He's undoubtedly going to want to install his system and his offense. Peyton Manning runs his own offense, and he doesn't take cues from anybody else. This would be a bad move for a head coach trying to establish himself with his team and within this league.
James and Wade need to mind their own business, and right now that should be all basketball.
To their credit, I guess they do know a thing or two about luring players in and manipulating free agency. That being said, these two need to butt out.
