What's Your Sporting Dream?

I'm sure everyone writing on Bleacher Report, or just reading for that matter, has a sporting dream—a thought that's been with them from childhood and has basically never changed.

It's that thought you have when certain songs come on or you're watching that great sporting movie, and you start to daydream.

You can feel yourself on that sports field, something special coming up. It's your heart and soul that decides what comes next, but in my experience it's always the same.

When I find myself daydreaming about football, it's always the same thought. Simply put, it's scoring that late, late winner with that extra special goal.

In reality though, it's so much more than that!

I can see the game, its 0-0 and the heavens have opened. Rain pouring as the ball is laid into my path by a teammate.

I can see the strike and feel the anticipation as it flies towards goal. I catch myself smiling as it hits the back of the net, and I'm off sprinting towards the corner flag, then sliding on the wet grass.

It's not a Cup final I dream of, or even a professional game, but just me playing football, with all the joy it can give me.

No matter how many times I've done it (I've made this dream come true), the dream has just never gone away.

You're dream might be that touchdown pass, three points on the buzzer or a game-winning home run. It could be anything really—but deep down you'll know.

So let's hear them everybody, show me I'm not too crazy.....
