Peyton Manning Video: Watch Jim Irsay and Colts QB Exit Airport Together

Things between Peyton Manning and Jim Irsay are "good." 

Of course, they could just be putting on a front for the slew of cameras that bombarded them outside of the airport. 

According to NBC Sports Pro Football Talk, Irsay and Manning arrived in Indianapolis late Tuesday night and had a "long, emotional flight." 

This being after ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported that the Colts would indeed cut ties with Manning. Nothing is final yet, and as you see in the video, Manning and Irsay plan to announce things "tomorrow," which is now today, Wednesday. 

They want to do it the right way, which is very smart. Obviously, Manning doesn't want what could be his departure from the Colts to be announced from the passenger seat of Irsay's car. 

It's been a whirlwind of events, and is likely to get even crazier if Manning does in fact become a free agent. 

I have to give credit to Manning for keeping his cool as reporters rushed to Irsay's car. He does cut off Irsay's small speech, which gave me a chuckle.

Manning appears to be in charge of things, and while he may want to stay with the Colts, he's honestly better off with a different team in 2012. 

Indianapolis as the first overall pick, and they would be insane not to select Andrew Luck. Business is business, and it's time the Colts and Manning officially part ways.
