Arsenal Transfer News: Podolski Available for £5 million
It seems that this transfer now has Arsenal written all over it. Rumours are reporting that Lukas Podolski will be available for a very affordable £5 million of Cologne get relegated from the Bundesliga this season.
German newspaper Bild described that if Cologne has been relegated by the end of the season, their star player will be allowed to leave for a minimum fee.
Arsenal loves a bargain and if they can get their man for that kind of price, I’m sure they will be over the moon.

Colognes and Podolski find themselves sitting in 14th place on 25 points following a recent draw with Hoffenheim in a game which Podolski scored in.
Podolski didn’t have much to say about the matter in a recent interview, seeming more interested in talking about Cologne’s survival hopes.
Podolski scored his 16th goal in 20 Bundesliga games and could be seen as the ideal replacement for Robin Van Persie, if the Premier League’s top scorer decides to depart North London this summer.
But I think all Arsenal fans would be more interested in hearing about a new partnership forming between Van Persie and Podolski instead of the Dutchman being replaced.
Pololski was rumoured to have signed a provisional agreement with the Gunners which would see him arrive in North London after EURO 2012.
