Garrett Sickels Stud of the Week: 'Full Ride'

The 6’4”, 240-pound defensive end/outside linebacker has verbally committed to playing for Penn State despite offers from over 20 schools, including Florida, Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Georgia and Nebraska. 

Sickels tells Full Ride about his conversations with Nick Saban, Bill O’Brien and Mark Richt, giving us all an inside look to the secretive recruiting process.

The fierce pass-rusher who racked up 11 sacks as a junior reveals to Full Ride which schools are leading the race for his services. Sickels also tells Full Ride which two schools he can’t wait to visit.

The interview ends with Sickels telling Full Ride that his dream prom date would be Brooklyn Decker, the wife of tennis star Andy Roddick. Watch out, Andy!
