A College Basketball BCS: If College Basketball Had Bowl Games

We all know about the hate of the bowl games, but the NCAA doesn't seem to be catching on. This is a hypothetical situation of the bowl games moving to college basketball. I kept all of the tie-ins the same, except for there is one BCS tie-in for a mid-major.

Also, the tie-ins for the Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-10, ACC, SEC, and Big East are all the same, but tie-ins for any other conference can go to any mid-major. Also, teams need to have 18 wins to be bowl eligible.
