Los Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty beat the Columbus Blue Jackets in early February by scoring a late game-winning goal, but did he get some extra time from the clock operator? If you watch the replay, it appears that the clock stops momentarily which allows the play more time to develop, and then Doughty scores.

After a good faceoff win by Jeff Carter, Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman James Wisniewski fires a shot towards goal and barely beats the buzzer to score with one tenth of a second remaining.
