MLB 2K12: Powerhouse Teams That You'll Want to Use
The best thing about playing a baseball video game is you don't have to worry about chemistry and you don't have to worry about a freak injury in spring training leaving you a man down.
All you have to worry about is picking a team with tons of talent and dominating with that team.
Thank you MLB 2K12.

10 Scorching MLB Takes 🌶️

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
Forget about how teams have fared in the postseason throughout the years. Here are three teams whose talent will lead you to the promised land.
3. Detroit Tigers
The Tigers won 95 games last season, and that was without Prince Fielder.
Now that the Tigers have Fielder, they have an even scarier lineup complete with Miguel Cabrera. You could rack up runs with Fielder and Cabrera alone in MLB 2K12.
The Tigers also have that guy named Justin Verlander, who won the American League MVP last season. Nothing like pitching with a guy who went 24-5 and posted a 2.40 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 250 strikeouts.
2. Philadelphia Phillies
I can't explain why the Phillies constantly disappoint when it comes to the postseason.
All I can tell you is that having this much talent in a video game is simply unfair.
Not only do the Phillies have an explosive lineup that includes Jimmy Rollins, Ryan Howard, Chase Utley and Hunter Pence, they have a great starting rotation.
Pitching with Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee and Cole Hamels is always fun, not to mention closing a game out with newly-acquired Jonathan Papelpon.
There's a reason why this team won 102 games in 2011.
1. Texas Rangers
When you've been to the World Series two years in a row, you are officially a powerhouse.
You add the fact that the Rangers just added Japanese phenom Yu Darvish to the starting rotation, and you have yourself a delightful team.
Practically every hitter in the Rangers' lineup can do damage, beginning with Josh Hamilton and Nelson Cruz.
Did I mention Darvish has six-plus pitches you can play with?
Oh, yes, this is gonna be fun.
