Tim Tebow: Broncos QB Keeps Proving He's the Ultimate Good Guy

Your latest Tim Tebow update has nothing to do with pundits whining about his throwing mechanics or teammates complaining about his pious antics.

Nope, this is a feel-good story. Feel free to relax.

According to FOX 31 News in Denver, Tebow spent his weekend with a young lady named Presli Collins. They attended Cartoon Network's Hall of Game Awards together in Los Angeles.

Presli, for the record, is nine years old, and she suffers from an inherited tumor disorder known as Neurofibromatosis-1. Her condition causes tumors to form under her skin and on the nerves in her brain and spinal cord. She's had to have several "complicated" surgeries to combat her condition.

Presli and Tebow hooked up through the quarterback's "Wish 15" foundation last week. Next thing her family knew, Presli was in L.A. with Tebow and the two of them were having a grand old time.

“(It was) very, very, very exciting,” Presli said. “[Tebow] was a thousand times nicer than you think he is.”

Now that's saying something.

For what it's worth, Tebow took home the "Captain Clutch" award at the Hall of Game show. After it was all over, Tebow gave Presli several souvenirs to remember him by, including an autographed football.

“Thank you for being an amazing date,” were his parting words, according to Presli.

This was really nothing out of the ordinary for Tebow. You hear about him doing stuff like this all the time. And every time you hear about the latest episode, it only becomes more apparent that his desire to help people is totally genuine. He wants to be a good guy, whereas most other athletes are merely obligated to be good guys.

Stuff like this obviously isn't going to help Tebow find his way out on the field, but it definitely makes it hard to hate him. He's a good dude.

In fact, I'd say it's pretty much impossible to hate Tebow. If you do hate him, do yourself a favor and have a heart.
