WWE Rumors: Anonymous Source Is 100 Percent Right About The Rock
There is no question that many feathers were ruffled during the process of having The Rock headline this year’s WrestleMania in Miami.
I understand that Vince McMahon is always building for the big event, but planning the main event as far out as he did with a superstar that isn’t even with the company was the wrong move.
While there is still a big group of fans still head over heels for this matchup, the intrigue of it wore off months ago. The only reason we are interested again is because of the promo John Cena cut Monday on Raw.

That and the fact that the WWE locker room is starting to speak out against The Rock as well.
PWInsider.com (via WrestleZone) is reporting about a text from a current WWE superstar that wished to remain anonymous:
"[The Rock] comes in to use WWE to get back the audience he lost doing Disney movies, which is fine but he's been back over a year and name one person he helped make a bigger star since then? No one.
He's here for himself, he keeps to himself, and he keeps someone who's actually touring here all year from making a bigger payday at the bigger shows. It's all about making this the "biggest" Mania of all time. OK, then what do we do the rest of the year? Who's been made? You think he took ANY blame for Survivor [Series] not drawing? Of course not, but how do you feud with a guy on the Titantron? Cena nailed the guy dead on tonight.
Say anything about HHH, Taker, etc. still being in the top spot but if they were needed to work the road, they would and they would still work their asses off as much as they needed to. Rock is out for Rock and the idea he's here to better anything but his own wallet is the biggest work of 2012.
"
There is nothing I hate more than a snitch and a rat, but that doesn’t hide the fact that this person is 100 percent right about what they are saying. I’m sure that it’s some small star in the company that doesn’t want to lose their job, because a guy like CM Punk would embrace comments like this.
The Rock has become the biggest tool in wrestling, and I couldn’t be more tired of his whole act. While there was a time when he was the people’s champion, he is not anymore. He is a sellout, and he is using the WWE as a platform to reconnect to the older crowd.
You can’t blame The Rock for doing what he has done, but the fact that he comes back and constantly lies to the fans is where most people find him disingenuous. When he claims to be staying and always leaves, why would the fans continue to be on his side?
If it wasn’t for nostalgia, The Rock would be nothing to WWE.
