Randy ChambersFeb 21, 2012

We are just minutes away from finding out where the remaining top recruit in the country will end up. His name is Davonte Neal and he will instantly improve any offense in the country and boost the overall recruiting grade any team currently has.

He's a 4-star player, but is one of the top players at his position and is a difference-maker on the defensive side of the ball. He's a versatile player who can also play wide receiver as he runs fantastic routes. With his speed, he can be a great return man as well.

He's currently torn between North Carolina, Notre Dame, Arizona and Arkansas. Although many have said he's already made his decision and has shared it with the coaches of that team.

"He's had time to think, reflect on what has happened to him. Having played football in Arizona, he had time to think whether he wants to stay in Arizona or leave Arizona," Neal's father Luke Neal said. "He put it in more perspective on what's best for him."

Every team has something special to offer him, but Arizona has the home-field advantage, which could be the deciding factor as his cousin recently died and he's going through a rough time. Although there are rumors going around that Notre Dame is the favorite to land his services.

Either way, the versatile player to going to be a difference-maker on either side of the ball he ends up playing on. He will make his decision at 9 a.m. ET this morning and you can watch it here.
