Daytona 500 Qualifying: Start Time, Lineup, TV Schedule and More
Drivers are preparing to qualify for the Daytona 500. Well, kind of qualify. Very little is actually settled at the qualifying for this race.
The efforts from Sunday's qualifying will determine just two starting spots: the pole position and the outside of row one.
The other big thing to be determined from qualifying is that there are 35 cars guaranteed spots in the field. Then there are 13 cars vying for the last eight spots. Three of those spots will go to the drivers that post the fastest qualifying times.
The rest of the starting spots and positions will be determined by the Gatorade Duels on Thursday.
Start Time: Sunday, February 19th at 1:05 p.m. EST
TV Schedule: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST on Fox
