WWE Elimination Chamber 2012 Predictions: Ambulance Match Will Be Epic Fail

This year’s WWE Elimination Chamber will be jam packed with exciting contests and likely thrilling finishes. However, an Ambulance Match featuring John Cena and Kane will be one of the worst matches of the night.

I’m more focused on whether or not Cena will turn heel rather than the actual contest. With The Rock coming into the equation for WrestleMania 28, Cena couldn’t possibly lose this match, right?

If Kane wins then why would the WWE instantly move to Cena-Rock without Cena extracting some type of revenge match?

That’s why Cena will win the Ambulance Match, which suggests something somewhat surprising in how the match finishes. 

If this match was anything close to Shane McMahon vs. Kane at the 2003 Survivor Series then we are in for a real treat. However, Shane always put on memorable, unthinkable matches in his brief wrestling stint. That was also during the “Attitude Era” so I’m expecting nothing close to it.

I have always been a fan of high-flyers and risk takers in matches similar to this. Give me somebody who will jump off a ladder instead of using it to bash somebody over the head. I would rather not see two guys just do unoriginal moves that I’ve seen a million times; I want something different.

Will these two be able to show me something out of the ordinary?

Probably not.

An Ambulance Match in this style of WWE would work for me if I was 12 years old again. This desperately feels tailored to Cena’s fans, most of which are under the age of 18.

This match will leave most wanting more, not because it was exciting, but because it didn’t live up to the little hype it received.

An Ambulance Match between these two just doesn’t get me excited. You probably know the outcome, the wrestlers won't give you anything different and this match type doesn't fit with how the WWE works these days.

I would have much rather preferred another match type, maybe a last man standing or something similar.
