Here are some useful articles for keeping up to date in free agency with your favorite NFC East team.

Dallas Cowboys

B/R Cowboys featured columnist Peter Matarazzo has six solid targets for Dallas in free agency. Any and all would be solid pickups for a Cowboys team that needs depth and talent at a few key positions.

But the Cowboys do have some talent, and B/R Cowboys featured columnist Lawrence Burneal has a list of the Cowboys' 10 best players under the age of 30. There are enough talented players on the roster to give Cowboys fans a lot of reasons to be excited about their team going forward.

Philadelphia Eagles

Which Eagles players will not return to the team in 2012? B/R Eagles featured columnist Randy Jobst has his thoughts. No surprise—he has DeSean Jackson on the list.

Phil Sheridan of Philly.com says the Eagles are already dealing with one diva wide receiver in Jackson and don't need to roll the dice on another in free agent and recently unretired receiver Randy Moss.

Washington Redskins

Mike Jones of The Washington Post says Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill could be the team's best option at quarterback. This is a refreshing stance, considering most of the talk in the Nation's Capital has been about either Colts quarterback Peyton Manning or drafting Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III.

New York Giants

B/R Giants featured columnist Jeff Shull has an incredibly in-depth breakdown of prospects the Giants should target with all of their picks. This is a great look at not only how the Giants can fill their needs, but who should fill them.

ESPN's NFC East blogger Dan Graziano broke down the Giants cap situation, pointing out that the Giants will be over the cap and will have to re-work a few deals, cut a few players and will likely have a hard time signing back some of their key free agents.
