Tim Tebow, Kenny Powers BFF? Adriana Lima Defends Gisele Bundchen: BR5 2/9/12

Tim Tebow is so popular he’s now got fictional characters showing him love. The Denver QB can now add Kenny Powers to the list of pop stars and celebrities to jump aboard the Tebow Train.  The Eastbound and Down star penned an open letter to Tebow for Grantland.com, where he draws his own parallels to Tebow's success and how they both persevere, despite all the haters.  Most of the letter isn't fit for broadcast, but Powers wraps it up eloquently saying, "It's not our fault that we're awesome, playboy. As the gorgeous bitches in the makeup commercials used to say..."Don't hate me cause I'm beautiful""

Don’t mess with Victoria’s Secret models.  Insanely hot model Adriana Lima is coming to Gisele Bundchen’s defense...telling her detractors to leave Gisele alone.  Mrs. Tom Brady has been under fire lately because she was caught on camera using bad language and criticizing Patriot receivers for their Super Bowl butterfingers. Her most recent critic is Brandon Jacobs of the New York Giants who says Gisele “just needs to continue to stay cute and shut up.” That's almost a compliment. Jacobs has since come to his senses and apologized.  

Americans hate Tiger Woods...but not more than they hate Michael Vick. Forbes Magazine’s list of Most Disliked Athletes is out now...and apparently...philandering and canine abuse still gets you to the top of this list. Other offenses that earn athletes this dubious distinction: Stomping on an opponent, shooting yourself in the leg and marrying Kim Kardashian.

Madonna is reportedly not happy with MIA's inappropriate behavior on stage at the Super Bowl...The British Tabloid The Sun says Madonna is -quote- livid...that M-I-A flipped the bird during their halftime performance. The report did not specify if Madonna said the word livid with her phony English accent...And yes, this is the same Madonna who French kissed both Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera on stage... the same Madonna who used to get in trouble for simulating sex during her concerts...and perhaps most offensively..the same Madonna who starred in Swept Away.

The Big Ten Wants Urban Meyer to play nice.  His fellow Big Ten coaches reportedly want the new guy to follow their “gentlemen’s agreement” that says he won’t recruit players who have publicly given commitments to other schools. CBS Sports says Meyer has already convinced eight players committed to other schools to change their minds and sign with the Buckeyes. That’s in less than three months on the job.
