Super Bowl Ads 2012: Surprise Winners from Epic Stage
A few ads crept in from from nowhere to delight viewers and score big wins for their products.
Through the years, fans have come to expect stellar ads from the likes of Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Doritos and car companies pitching their hottest cars.
But that doesn't mean they are the only ones that can kill it on this huge advertising stage. Here are three that proved that.

Chevrolet
Chevy introduced their all-new Sonic to the world with this spectacular ad. This spot made you stand up and take notice.
It starts off with an excellent choice of music using Fun's "We Are Young," and then they go into an ad that is perfect for the song.
They put their car on a series of stunts that seem impossible to believe. The highlights of these is the amazing kick flip stunt.
And it all builds up the perception that this is going to be a sporty and fun car.
Act of Valor
There are a ton of blockbusters coming out this year that carry big names and hype. Movies like The Avengers, The Dark Knight Rises and The Hobbit are sucking all the hype for movies.
It makes it nearly impossible for other movies to join in this party. Well Act of Valor did just that with this gripping ad.
This was an intense trailer filled with realistic and gritty war scenes. And again, we have the excellent use of music to highlight the ad with Eminem's "Not Afraid" setting the tone.
Fiat
The Fiat 500 hasn't exactly produced a lot of buzz here in America. That changed quickly with this ad. Fiat shamelessly goes for the sex sales approach here, and it works.
They use a beautiful woman to completely captivate a man walking down the street. It is clear that this women rocks the guy's world and he is frozen in rapt attention.
The sexual tensions build, until all of a sudden it is revealed that he was actually staring at a car. A fantastic looking compact and sporty car that is aggressively colored in red and black.
Far more people will be anticipating the Fiat 500 then they were before this ad.
