New York Giants Parade 2012: Ticker-Tape Celebration Is a Can't Miss Event
New York is going to send up their champion football Giants team in grand style. The city will have a ticker-tape parade for the Boston conquering team on Tuesday morning.
The Big Apple is no stranger to huge celebrations, and this lucky city is certainly not unaccustomed to celebrating sports championships.
It's been less than three years since their last ticker-tape championship parade. That one, much like this one, arrived in dramatic fashion as the Yankees beat the Philadelphia Phillies in seven games.

Of course, these very same Giants had a victory parade in 2008.
What: New York Giants Victory Parade
When: Tuesday, February 7th at 11:00 a.m. EST
Where: It will begin on Battery Place and Washington Street and proceed northbound up the Canyon of Heroes to Worth Street
After the parade, the mayor will present the Giants with the key to the city in City Hall Plaza. Tickets were sold for the ceremony to hand out the keys, but attendance for the parade is absolutely free.
This promises to be a great celebration, and the celebration is not limited to just this event. New Jersey can't be left out!
No one probably realizes that more than Governor Christie.
