NFL Draft Order 2012: All 32 Slotted Picks

It's all about the draft now. Another amazing NFL season is in the books, and there is nothing to distract NFL heads from fixating on their team's needs and the incoming class of college players. 

With the Super Bowl in the books the draft order is set. Check out the order below with a look at the needs teams should address over the course of the seven rounds. 

1. Indianapolis Colts

First and foremost the Colts need a little Luck this draft. They could also use some playmakers to go with him. WR Reggie Wayne is a free agent. Look for the Colts to go for some skill position help to replace Wayne and build with Andrew Luck. 

2. St. Louis Rams: Matt Kalil

The Rams need a little of everything. There at the forefront will offense. They could use linemen, receivers and a running back to ease the load and eventually take over for the aging Steven Jackson. 

3. Minnesota Vikings

The priority for the Vikings needs to begin and end with the secondary. Theirs was abysmal this year. They could use help at all positions. 

They would also be well served to bolster their offensive line help. 

4. Cleveland Browns

Colt McCoy did little to convince people he was the answer. Robert Griffin III may be the choice in the first here. Whatever the case at QB, they could use help at all positions on offense, and that side of the ball should definitely be the focus. 

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

With their horrible finish to the season, the Bucs should just take the best player available with each pick, and consider themselves to be starting over. 

6. Washington Redskins

The Redskins have a glaring need at QB. They also could use a running back to go with him. 

On defense, the Redskins need to address their corner position, and they could also use a pass rushing defensive end. 

7. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars need another QB. Blaine Gabbert was awful as a rookie, but don't expect the Jaguars to give up on him yet. 

They will look to give him some help at WR. Along with addressing needs on the OL and at LB. 

8. Carolina Panthers

The Panthers need defense, defense and more defense. They could use a lane clogging defensive tackle, some speed at LB and help in the secondary. 

9. Miami Dolphins: Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa 

The Dolphins need a QB. They could also use a couple of OL to help fill out a promising line. 

Defensively, look for them to add a pass rusher to pair along side Cameron Wake. 

10. Buffalo Bills

The Bills needs defense. They will look to add an elite pass rusher, some versatile linebackers and add lots of help for the secondary. 

11. Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs need a running back to put in the backfield with Jamaal Charles, and they need a couple of bruisers to help block for them. 

12. Seattle Seahawks

This team need explosion on the outside at wide receiver, and a QB to consistently get them the ball. 

13. Arizona Cardinals

Larry Fitzgerald needs someone to help take the defensive attention off of him. They will also look to add some muscle in the trenches on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. 

14. Dallas Cowboys

The focus here needs to be on the trenches on offense and defense. They also need to put a big emphasis on their defensive secondary. 

15. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles need to help keep Michael Vick upright and healthy. The OL needs to be a big concern. They also could use an infusion of speed at the LB position. 

16. New York Jets

New York needs athleticism on the defensive side of the ball. This is still a talented unit, but they can get torched by speed. 

17. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals could use a young RB to pair with the rest of their young guns on offense. Defensively they could also use a big time pass rusher and some depth at corner. 

18. San Diego Chargers

San Diego needs to add muscle in the trenches on offense and defense. It may also look to add a receiver and then let Vincent Jackson walk in free agency. 

19. Chicago Bears

Offensive line needs to be addressed early and often. They could also use a possession type of receiver to put on the outside. 

20. Tennessee Titans

The Titans could stand a LB overhaul. They also would be well served to add a big body at DT to help eat blockers in front of them. 

21. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals have the luxury of multiple picks. See above for their needs. 

22. Cleveland Browns

The Browns also have the luxury of multiple picks. See above for their needs. 

23. Detroit Lions

Detroit need to get their ground game going. That starts with the blockers, and a RB to pair with Jahvid Best.

24. Pittsburgh Steelers

Offensive line needs to be a priority here. Defensively they need to add some youth to their D-line. 

25. Denver Broncos

I'm pretty certain the Broncos feel they need a QB. They also need help at defensive tackle, and some youth at corner. 

26. Houston Texans

This passing game is far too reliant on Andre Johnson. Wide receiver help is a big need. They will also be on the lookout for OLB help. 

27. New England Patriots 

This team needs people that can cover people. They could also use an elite pass rusher at OLB, and some youth on the D-line. 

28. Green Bay Packers

This needs to be all about the defense. They could use a pass rusher, and help in the secondary. 

29. Baltimore Ravens

Offensive line must become a strength for this team again. They also need to start grooming a replacement for Ray Lewis. 

30. San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco needs a big play threat at receiver. It also will look for some longterm answers at corner. 

31. New England Patriots

See above for the Patriots needs as the rich will get richer in this draft. 

32. New York Giants

Offensive line needs to be a big focus here. They also may look to add some youth at the running back position.
