Rotel Cheese Dip
1 of 5Rotel is a classic that is a must-have at any Super Bowl party. Who does not like a good cheese dip?
To make this dip, all you need is a block of Velveeta cheese, a couple of cans of Rotel and a sausage log if you chose. Get a glass bowl, cut the Velveeta into smaller squares so that it melts more easily, dump it in the bowl with the two cans of Rotel and heat it up. Brown the sausage in a pan and mix it all together before putting it in the Crock-Pot.
Let it heat for a little while before putting it out for guests to drown their chips in. This is a simple, crowd-pleasing recipe.

Southwest Turkey Burgers
2 of 5You are going to be eating so much food that it is probably a good idea to sneak a semi-healthy option in there. Turkey burgers can be just as good as hamburgers if done correctly.
This recipe is really simple. All you need is ground turkey meat, a shallot, a jalapeno pepper and some cilantro. Then, you just chop up the shallot, jalapeno pepper and cilantro. Mix them in evenly with the turkey meat and then shape into patties. Then, just stick them on the grill and cook them until they are cooked all the way through.

Shrimp Diablo
3 of 5Shrimp Diablos are the perfect Super Bowl party food. They have a nice amount of heat, and you can never go wrong with cheese and bacon. You can make these on the grill, but they are much better if you have a smoker like a Green Egg.
The best version of the Shrimp Diablo is the one inside of a hollowed-out jalapeno pepper. All you have to do is hollow out the jalapeno pepper, stuff shredded cheese and a shrimp inside of the pepper and wrap it in bacon, using a toothpick to hold it all together.
Then, you just take the Diablo and put it on the smoker until the pepper starts to shrivel up a little bit.

Oreo Balls
4 of 5Here is what you will need:
One package Oreo cookies
One package room-temperature cream cheese
One package semi-sweet chocolate
Use a food processor or blender to crush the Oreo cookies, and mix them with the cream cheese. Roll approximately one-inch Oreo balls from the mixture. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate and lay them on wax paper to harden. Refrigerate cookies for at least one hour.

Peanut-Swirl Brownies
5 of 5There is nothing better when it comes to dessert than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. This recipe, courtesy of the Food Network's Barefoot Contessa, is sure to make everyone at your party happy.
For these brownies you need your typical brownie ingredients: chocolate chips, butter, eggs and sugar, but these also include a healthy bit of vanilla and some instant coffee.
You will need to preheat your over to 350 degrees and then butter and flour a 12 by 18 inch pan.
Here are the rest of the instructions courtesy of Contessa:
"Melt together the butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips, and the unsweetened chocolate in a medium bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir (do not beat) together the eggs, coffee granules, vanilla, and sugar. Stir the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a medium bowl, sift together 1 cup of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Toss the remaining 12 ounces of chocolate chips in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup of flour, then add them to the chocolate batter. Pour into the prepared sheet pan. Spoon the peanut butter over the top of the chocolate mixture and using a knife, swirl it through the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, then rap the baking sheet against the oven shelf to force the air to escape from between the pan and the brownie dough. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes more or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake! Allow to cool thoroughly, refrigerate, and cut into large squares.
