Super Bowl Ads 2012: Athletes We Would Love to See in This Year's Commercials

While the world will be paying attention to athletes such as Tom Brady and Eli Manning on Super Bowl Sunday, some will just be waiting for the commercials. 

While the Super Bowl ads are usually terrific, they are sometimes lacking something. That something might just be more athletes.

Because you can never have enough athletes! Amazingly enough, some athletes out there can be pretty funny. Here's a look at which ones would spice up commercials.

B.J. Raji

He's big, he's charming and he's clearly a great dancer. Green Bay Packers defensive tackle B.J. Raji has already made his foray into commercials with State Farm and the sky is the limit for him.

Big, fat football players are usually pretty funny. Ones that hula dance are even better.

Gheorghe Muresan

Muresan was a stud on the basketball court, but his 7'7" frame was obviously made for acting. He put together a memorable performance as the giant in "My Giant" with Billy Crystal and he's also appeared in Snickers commercials.

It's been too long since I've since Gheorghe act. Pairing him with the now-retired Yao might just be an instant classic.

Nay, it would be an instant classic. 

Nyjer Morgan

Because watching the man also known as Tony Plush dropping F-bombs all over a commercial would be pretty darn entertaining.

On top of the F-bombs, he would likely just be screaming at everyone. "Ahhhhh! Buy this product! Gotta go!!"
