3 Super Bowl Commercials That We Can't Wait to See
You know there is a lot of money flying around when commercials for a particular event have teasers all on their own.
That is what we have with this year's Super Bowl ads.
The teasers have circulated and created quite a buzz. One teaser I saw had over 10.5 million views on YouTube already. That is a ton of traffic, which means even more money. Where do I sign up?

Some commercials make me fade out of consciousness—or don't evoke any feeling at all. These three teasers got an immediate reaction out of me:
The Bark Side: Volkswagen Commercial Teaser
I can't wait for the full commercial to air because it'll signal the right time for me to stop holding it and finally take a bathroom break.
This drove me insane, for the entire 64 seconds it was on.
I can appreciate the brilliance it takes to orchestrate a doggy choir (or technically alter several dogs to simulate a doggy choir), but it's something I'd rather hear about, rather than actually witness the final product.
The little grey Benji-looking pooch sounds like Chewbacca, and overall it was just all too much, too soon.
Oh and by the way, I totally forgot the ad was about a damn car.
It's one of those ads you stare at emotion-less and then say, "That was the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life."
Then you email it to friends so they'll agree with you. I guess that's how it got over 10 million views.
See, I'm about to do it now, check it out:
Goodbye 1984: Motorola
This one was intriguing and spooky all at the same time.
I felt as though I was being recruited to join a futuristic cult. There was something very "Revelations Chapter" about the overall presentation of this teaser ad.
From the Gattaca-like score to the outer-space styled background, I felt as if I should start burying canned goods for the Apocalypse.
All this to tell me about a mobile device.
Well I just gotta see this thing—wait, that's the plan right?
They got me again, and chances are, those that are actually into mobile gadgets will be even more intrigued.
The specs do indeed sound impressive for this Android device: two cameras and a 1GHZ processor sounds pretty awesome.
Motorola definitely wants in on the extra exposure the Super Bowl offers, but did they have to make me feel as though I was about to make the decision to choose the red or blue pill though?
Which one will you chose?
Avengers Movie Teaser
I am a superhero geek, and proud of it. I casted this movie about 10 years ago, but I didn't have the 21st century Fabio looking guy as Thor. I preferred WWE guys Test (R.I.P) or Triple H, but that is another story.
I'm still pleased with what has become of the Marvel Universe on the silver screen, and this is like the ultimate culmination of fictional characters and movie stars.
I'm sure I'm not the only guy who's watched this teaser multiple times to see which characters and details I could catch a glimpse of.
I'm like yelling at the computer, "Was that Hawkeye?" "Oh my God...is that Vision?" I'm not ashamed to admit my fandom.
Nowadays, there aren't many movies that I find worth seeing on opening weekend, but Avengers is one of them.
I will be checking for the full ad during the Super Bowl, and it'll only add to my excitement.
I know, I'm 12.
