Super Bowl 2012: Big-Game Commercial Hall of Fame
Let's be honest: Half of everyone watching the Super Bowl is excited about the game itself, and the other half is there for the party, halftime show or commercials.
Everyone loves the commercials.
And so, in honor of some of the finest commercials ever broadcast at the game, I've nominated five ads I feel are first-ballot Hall of Fame selections.

Snickers Has Betty White Playing Some Football
I love Betty White. I think she is hilarious.
So watching her get leveled on the football field and then make a "That's not what your girlfriend said!" joke cracked me up.
This is a simple yet effective concept that Snickers has retread several times now. None of them compare to this one.
Apple's 1984 Ad
Simply put, this is one of the coolest advertisements, period.
If there is one thing Apple does well, it is establish a cool, outside-of-the-box-thinking image for itself through advertisements. But they've never done it better than this.
Larry Bird and Michael Jordan Play for McDonald's
How many times did you quote this commercial as a joke playing HORSE or PIG with your friends?
One of the coolest sports-related commercials of all time.
Reebok's Terry Tate, Office Linebacker
This is probably my second-favorite commercial bit of all time. What could be more fun than watching a jacked linebacker tear through an office, absolutely blowing up all of its inhabitants?
Nothing, that's what.
Louie the Lizard Plans to Take out the Budweiser Frogs
I don't know why exactly, but these commercials are my favorite ads ever. Every single time I watch them, I absolutely crack up.
The original Budweiser Frog ads or the "Wassup!" guys are probably more iconic than these, but for my money, Louie the Lizard is the best bit Budweiser has ever given us.
Hit me up on Twitter—my tweets are chicken soup for the Internet soul.
