Giants vs. Patriots: Tom Brady Will Expose New York's Soft Defense in Super Bowl
The New York Giants have made a run to Super Bowl XLVI thanks to the performance of Eli Manning and their front four. But when they take the field against the New England Patriots on Sunday, they will be facing an offense the likes of which they have yet to see this postseason.
This postseason has been defined by great performances from defensive linemen, and the Giants have their share of elite pass rushers off the edge. Osi Umenyiora, Justin Tuck and Jason Pierre-Paul are the best trio in the NFL, but if you can contain them you can beat the Giants.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Giving Tom Brady and Bill Belichick two weeks to prepare their offense is more than enough time to exploit the holes that the Giants have after you get past the defensive line.
The Giants secondary has been problematic all year long, and nothing they have done in the postseason should convince you that all is right with the world. They got burned twice by Vernon Davis, who was the only receiver for the San Francisco 49ers that can hurt you.
When you are asking that unit to lineup and stop Rob Gronkowski, who I have to believe is going to play, Aaron Hernandez and Wes Welker, it is not going to end well.
Plus, as good as the Giants pass rush has been, they are susceptible to the run. Their edge rushers are good, but they are soft up the middle. Brady can easily check down to BenJarvus Green-Ellis if he wants to.
Brady has not looked like the postseason rock lately that he did when his career first started, but he proved against the Denver Broncos that he can attack a defense that is filled with holes because the players surrounding him are so good.
This is an important game for Brady's legacy. He has fallen on hard times in the postseason in recent years, and there could be some doubt about the great Tom Brady slipping in his old age. He is fine during the regular season, but he has had problems against better defenses in the playoffs.
It is time for Brady to get back on track with a huge performance against the team that led to his postseason problems four years ago. He is going to make it happen, because the Giants don't have enough playmakers to stop him.
