Stefon Diggs (WR)

The No. 2-ranked wide receiving prospect in the nation has incredible quickness and athleticism. Diggs, who played his high school football at Our Lady of Good Counsel in Olney, Maryland, ran a 4.43 40-yard dash.

Diggs is expected to choose between Florida, Ohio State and Maryland, with the latter being a hometown option but a legitimate dark horse. Diggs is No. 13 in the current ESPNU 150 and reminds most scouts of the Philadelphia Eagles' playmaking wideout DeSean Jackson.

At 6'0" and 185 pounds, Diggs is an instant playmaking threat from any position on the field. Expect him to be a difference maker in the return game as well as on offense.

Tracy Howard (CB)

The top-ranked defensive back still available this winter is Florida's Tracy Howard, who is expected to choose the Hurricanes of Miami. Howard is No. 18 in the ESPNU 150, and will be able to bring a unique, playmaking style to a big-time program's defense.

Although he is just 5'11" and 175 pounds, Howard has unmatched cover skills and will no doubt put on some muscle in college. Most scouts liken his talent to that of the Cleveland Browns' Joe Haden, who played his collegiate football at Florida.

Dorial Green-Beckham (WR)

There is no denying the unbelievable playmaking threat and ability of arguably the best prospect available this year, Missouri's Dorial Green-Beckham. Green-Beckham is a 6'6", 220-pound wide receiver who runs a 4.43 40-yard dash.

Green-Beckham was a force for four years at Hillcrest High in Springfield, Missouri, catching 300 balls for more than 6,000 yards and 75 touchdowns, 24 of which came during this senior season. Scouts compare Green-Beckham to Houston Texans superstar receiver Andre Johnson, who has size and strength.

The overwhelming belief is that Green-Beckham will sign with coach Bobby Petrino at Arkansas this winter. If that happens to be the case, the Razorbacks will boast one of the nation's best offenses in 2012.
