Nate Robinson Video: Watch Warriors' Guard Sink Half-Court Buzzer-Beater

The Golden State Warriors haven't been winning a lot of games these days, but if they keep hitting buzzer-beaters at the end of quarters it's a good way to gain some momentum.

On Friday, against the Oklahoma City Thunder, new Warriors guard Nate Robinson banked home a half-court buzzer-beater at the end of the first quarter. Hey, the Thunder were still leading after one, 28-23, but it sure was an awesome play.

Robinson, who has been cast off by the New York Knicks, Boston Celtics and, yes, the Thunder, has been a nice surprise for the Warriors this season, playing hard while averaging 11.0 points, 5.0 assists and 1.1 steals in 26 minutes per game. In his third game with the Warriors against the Miami Heat on Jan. 10, he led the Warriors to victory in Stephen Curry's absence, racking up 24 points, dishing five assists and adding four steals.

It also must have been nice to exact a little payback against his former team on Friday. You'll notice that he turned to the Thunder bench and screamed a few things in that general direction after his buzzer-beater. He probably said something like, "Hey! Guys! Wanna come over for dinner tonight?"

Robinson may have had trouble with his former teams, but the Warriors couldn't be more happy with the 5'9" spark plug, although he hasn't gotten many minutes lately with Curry back.

I've got an idea: Start Curry for most of the game and then give Nate Rob the ball in the closing seconds of every quarter. Except, make sure he's behind the half-court line. He's shooting 27 percent from the regular 3-point line this season.
