Shawn Watson deserves some criticism for sometimes having unimaginative and predictable play-calling, ‘"cutesy,"  and too many Red Zone field goals.

But overall he did a great job in 2008 and his offensive strategy of ball control was the backbone to the Huskers turnaround.
