Chris Paul: Pics and Specs on Clippers Star's Potential New Home
There's a new Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Chris Paul recently purchased a beautiful mansion in the Los Angeles community, perhaps an indication that he is with the Los Angeles Clippers for the long haul.
And why wouldn't he be? He's already having fun as the mayor of Lob City and now he's got a spectacular mansion in beautiful Bel Air to go along with it. I'd stick around, too.
Let's go over some of the details of the house and take a look at some pictures of the property. (A tip of the cap goes to TMZ for the details of the house.)
The house was listed at $9.5 million and was previously owned by Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker of Blink-182 fame before that.
But Paul is buying the house at $8.5 million—or, as I like to call it, saving more money on his house than I'll ever come close to spending on my own.
The mansion is 12,184 square feet and includes a wine cellar, a 10-car garage (I'm fairly certain his garage at least twice the size of my apartment), a sauna and a gym.
The house has 10.5 bedrooms, which incidentally is the over/under every game for combined dunks by Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.
It also includes eight bathrooms, which just seems excessive. 10.5 bedrooms and a built-in gym is one thing, but eight bathrooms? That's just silly.
Such are the perks of Lob City. Enjoy your stay, Mr. Paul
