WWE Royal Rumble News: 2 Potential Spoilers Leaked for Sunday's Event

Please note, the title of my article mentions potential spoilers and I mean just that. So if you are planning on purchasing the Royal Rumble or simply not a fan of spoilers, read no further.

Chris Jericho and Mick Foley have been confirmed as participants in the Royal Rumble match.

As far as who could win the Rumble, three names we’ve heard from reliable sources are Chris Jericho, Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler.

Now I was not surprised that Jericho was getting a spot in the Rumble. However, I was surprised that they gave a spot to Foley without any sort of storyline explanation—especially, considering last Monday John Laurinaitis denied Foley from attaining a spot in the Rumble on Raw.

As far as potential winners go, to me Jericho is the likely pick simply due to his cryptic videos and his latest announcement on Raw that the world as we know it will change at the pay-per-view. Hopefully, we will get to see some character development for Jericho as his current persona is not really giving fans any idea of what to expect.

To me Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler would not be ideal candidates to win because Ziggler already has a main-event match at the Rumble and Orton is just returning from a minor injury.

Overall, this pay-per-view is certainly starting to shape up, as Jericho's promo alone was enough to peak my interest and buy it.
