Broncos vs. Patriots: New England Releases Their Inactives for Divisional Round
The New England Patriots have just released their inactives for Saturday night's game against the Denver Broncos.
Ryan Mallett, Nate Jones, Shane Vereen, Gary Guyton, Donald Thomas, Sebatsian Vollmer and Ron Brace are all the inactives for the Patriots.
One of the notable players that is inactive is linebacker Gary Guyton. It certainly appears that Guyton does not have any real role with the Patriots and does not fit into their defensive scheme for tonight against Tim Tebow and the Broncos. Guyton has played in 13 games this season for New England as he accumulated 47 tackles and one interception.

Lastly with Shane Vereen being inactive, this means that veteran running back Kevin Faulk will get the nod ahead of the rookie out of Cal.
Faulk has played in only seven games this season as he accumulated 57 yards while averaging 8.1 yards per-carry and reeling in seven passes for 34 yards.
One notable player that is active for tonight's game is offensive guard Logan Mankins, who suffered a sprained MCL back in Week 16 and failed to play in the team's Week 17 game against the Buffalo Bills. I am anticipating that Mankins will start at left guard.
Kickoff is just minutes away, so brace yourself for one of the most anticipated playoff games in recent memory—it's all because of "Tebowmania."
