NFL Playoff Predictions: Green Bay Packers and Favorites That Won't Cover
While all the favorites of the divisional round of the NFL playoffs this weekend appear to be much better than their opponents, it doesn't necessarily mean they will easily cover the spread.
The lines are certainly interesting and exactly the reason to love some of the underdogs.
It's been a crazy year in the NFL, but this weekend is the perfect chance to make up for any losses.

With that said, here are some favorites that won't be covering this weekend.
Green Bay Packers (-8.5)
The Packers needed an epic drive by Aaron Rodgers to beat the New York Giants earlier this year, and you can expect this to be another close game.
The Giants defense is playing much better, and it's going to be very interesting to see how the bye week affected the defending Super Bowl champs.
I think they'll start slow but fight back strong, making this the best game of the weekend. In the end, Rodgers will lead his team to victory once again, but the Giants won't go down easy.
Eli Manning and his supporting cast will continue to play well and do enough to prevent Green Bay from covering.
Prediction: Packers 38, Giants 34
Baltimore Ravens (-7.5)
The Ravens and the Houston Texans played each other earlier in the year, and it was close up until the fourth quarter when Baltimore pulled away. This time around, Houston will be ready to go the distance with the Ravens.
Few believed in the Texans this postseason, but their defense keeps them competitive, and Arian Foster and Andre Johnson will keep making plays.
This will be a great defensive battle, which is why Baltimore won't cover. The No. 2 defense vs. the No. 3 defense is sure to come down to the wire.
Joe Flacco will step up for the Ravens, and the home field advantage will be a huge plus. However, the line favors the Texans more here, and they'll make sure the Ravens don't walk away with an easy victory.
Prediction: Ravens 21, Texans 17
New England Patriots (-13.5)
Let's begin with how I don't expect Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos to win this ball game. However, the Patriots are favored too much for a Broncos team that has momentum and sky-high confidence.
Yes, the Patriots destroyed the Broncos earlier in the year, but it's the playoffs now and Tebow will be ready to go.
This New England defense can be passed on, and Tebow will come through in that area. The Broncos defense won't be able to limit the production of Tom Brady and the rest of the Patriots' star-studded offense.
However, Tebow will find a way to keep this close, and the Patriots won't cover.
Prediction: Patriots 30, Broncos 20
