WWE Rumors: Steve Austin 3:16, Edge, Brodus Clay and Tuesday's Top WWE News
This week's Raw was very strange, and not in a good way. There some good moments, like finding out that Edge will be going into the WWE Hall of Fame, but overall, it was a show that continued the string of bad booking, lame finishes and terrible storytelling.
But at least we have some news and rumors to tide us over until we hear that Brodus Clay is coming back as the Gobbledy Gooker.
STEVE AUSTIN ISSUES AN ULTIMATUM TO TIM TEBOW

Fresh Backstage WWE Rumors 👊

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
In case you live under a rock, you might have heard that the Denver Broncos won a football game and Tebow threw for 316 yards in that game. That number holds special significance for Austin, whose career took off after his King of the Ring speech in 1996. He is willing to give Tebow the number if he can duplicate his performance against the New England Patriots.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Does Tebow deserve to have 3:16?
Our Take: Austin became a megastar in part because of what happened to his career after the "Austin 3:16" speech, but Tebow didn't have to do anything to become a super-megastar. So if anything, Austin should be begging Tebow to keep it.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Biblical Verse Battles
Austin has been in hiding for most of the last year, so perhaps he needs to be the one fighting for his trademarked slogan.

WILL WWE SCREW UP EDGE'S HALL OF FAME CEREMONY?
With Edge being announced as the main event for this year's WWE Hall of Fame class, the only thing left to decide is who will induct him. We know that Christian should, but considering how Vince McMahon feels about him, it's possible that someone else will be put in the spot.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Who else could induct Edge?
Our Take: Gangrel would be cool, if only to see him rise up from under the stage surrounded by fire. But I guess WWE could use Randy Orton or John Cena, who Edge has a lot of history in the ring with.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Excuses To Get Cena On Television
The Hall of Fame ceremony is supposed to be a night to celebrate the careers of those being inducted. Everyone knows that Christian and Edge are BFFs, so WWE shouldn't even think about letting someone else induct him.

JENNIFER HUDSON HATES DAVID OTUNGA'S WWE CAREER
Okay, perhaps that's a little too strong, but there is a story in the National Enquirer this week that says the Academy Award-winning actress wants her husband to leave WWE.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Should he listen to her?
Our Take: Otunga has a Harvard law degree and is made to look like a dork on television by wearing bow ties and hanging around John Laurinaitis. Anyone with a brain stem would tell him that his career is floundering.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 Oscar Trophies
I don't begrudge Otunga for trying to make a career in wrestling. If it's something you love doing, then by all means. But he is missing out on all sorts of income and time with his family to be Johnny Ace's lackey.

BETH PHOENIX BAITING CRIS CYBORG?
Cris Cyborg flirted with professional wrestling when her career in Strikeforce was at a crossroads. Now that she has been suspended one year for steroids, Beth Phoenix has taken to Twitter to call her out.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Would WWE sign Cris Cyborg for a wrestling match?
Our Take: If Vince McMahon thought that she would make him money, he will sign her. He will sign anyone that might line his pockets with green. But I find it hard to believe that this is anything more than one female just venting her frustrations.
Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 Tainted Supplements
I think it would be interesting to see just how Cyborg would take to wrestling in WWE. She certainly has enough experience in the sport to work her way around the ring. In fact, she would probably be better than all but one or two of the current female wrestlers in WWE.

WHAT THE @#$! DID THEY DO TO BRODUS CLAY?
Our final item of the day is not a rumor, just a random question that I am trying to figure out the answer to. After all that time spent building Brodus up, and WWE delivers that. In the scheme of things, it doesn't matter because he isn't a top star. But really?
Question on Everybody's Mind: Does WWE hate Brodus Clay?
Our Take: Is there any other way to explain what the company has done to this poor guy? I mean think back to his hype videos, when he was this monster that was going to run over everyone. I don't know how you get from that to what we saw last night.
Hype Meter: 2 out of 5 Bad Flash Funk Impressions
For those select few out there who thought that WWE was not in the habit of burying its own talent, all you have to do is watch the video of Clay walking to the ring. You can literally hear his career going down the toilet.
