Tim Tebow: NFL Fans Are Sorry They Ever Doubted Him
This fictional and heartfelt letter from an anonymous Broncos fan was delivered to me moments after Tim Tebow delivered the game-winning TD pass to defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Mile High City:
Dear Mr. Tebow,
"I apologize for ever doubting you. I listened to Tom Jackson and that Dan Marino, and they never liked you, I know that now. I was a fan all season. I even paid to have that billboard erected, pining for you to get the start over Kyle Orton.
When you did get your chance, I was ecstatic, and you delivered just as I knew you would. We went on that great win streak, as you pulled out game after game in the fourth quarter. I even got a T-shirt made at the local screen printers, it says TEBOW TIME, with the words "4th Quarter" slashed out. I wear it every Sunday, after I wash it of course.
I must admit, I have not always been a faithful fan, which is why I'm apologizing. During our recent skid, I did listen to TJ, Dan the Man and other so-called "experts" who implied the league had caught up with you and that Tebow Time was over.
I believed them. It's just that you looked so bad against New England, Kansas City and even Chicago before Marion Barber gave us the game. I thought they may just be right.
That's not all, I actually got excited when I heard the talk about Brady Quinn getting first-team reps. I know I was crazy for wanting to go conventional.
I know our battle cry all season long has been believe, and I stopped. Tonight when you put up 315 passing yards against that nasty Steelers' defense, and hit Demaryius Thomas for the game-winner, I knew I was wrong.
I'll never watch ESPN or NFL Live again. I will wash my Tebow Time T-shirt one more week. I will believe, because I know you can guide us to the Super Bowl. I will never doubt you again.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Wow, such power and emotion in that. Tebow's performances will go down as one of the most memorable in playoff history. After the way the Broncos finished the season, a 300-yard passing performance seemed about as likely as a profanity laced meltdown.
Now, Tebow and Denver must attempt to avenge their loss to the New England Patriots from just a few weeks ago. The Patriots pasted the Broncos 41-23. The Broncos will be underdogs again; another victory would be a surprise.
But at this point, we shouldn't be surprised by what he does, and we should never doubt him.
