Pro Football Hall of Fame 2025: Date, Start Time, TV Info and More
A new group of inductees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame will be announced on Thursday.
The Class of 2025 is set to be unveiled during the annual NFL Honors awards show, which will be held at Saenger Theatre in New Orleans. It's one of the events that always takes place during Super Bowl week, and Super Bowl LIX is set for Sunday at Caesars Superdome.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced its 15 modern-era finalists in December. From that group, only five will be inducted this year.
Here's everything you need to know about NFL Honors, this year's list of finalists and more.

The Class of 2025 has the potential to feature multiple players who are in their first year of eligibility. There are five such finalists: Kuechly, Manning, Suggs, Vinatieri and Yanda.
It would be hard to imagine this year's class not including Manning, a two-time Super Bowl champion and two-time Super Bowl MVP. He racked up 57,023 passing yards and 366 touchdowns over a 16-year career spent exclusively with the Giants.
Manning has a Hall of Fame resume, and he should be heading to Canton, Ohio this year.
The other first-year semifinalists have strong cases, too. Kuechly may have played only eight seasons, but he was tremendous throughout his time in Carolina. He's a five-time All-Pro honoree and a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year who was included on the Hall of Fame's All-2010s Team.
Vinatieri was the opposite. He was in the NFL for 24 seasons, and he became one of the sport's all-time greatest kickers during that time.
Gates missed out on the Hall of Fame in 2024, his first year of eligibility. But the former Chargers tight end should be getting in sooner than later.
Over a 16-year NFL career, Gates was a three-time All-Pro selection and an eight-time Pro Bowler. He was named to the Hall of Fame's All-2000s Team, and he was one of the greatest tight ends in the sport's history.
Holt (a six-time finalist), Wayne (six) and Allen (five) have all been to this point many times before, but they haven't made it past this phase and into the Hall of Fame. Any of them could be getting the call finally this year.
Overall, it's a strong group of Hall of Fame finalists and some deserving players won't be getting in this year. But it would not be surprising to see a large number of these finalists get in at some point in the future.
