
Mike Tyson Wishes Jake Paul a Happy Birthday After Netflix Boxing Fight
Despite losing to Jake Paul in their highly anticipated Netflix fight on Nov. 16, Mike Tyson made sure to wish his former opponent a happy birthday in a Friday social media post.
Paul and Tyson faced off at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Their bout lasted all eight of the two-minute rounds, but the former heavyweight champion lost to his much younger opponent via unanimous decision.

There was a 31-year age gap between the two, with Tyson at 58 years old and Paul at 27 years old during the fight.
After the bout, the YouTuber showed respect to his elder foe.
"First and foremost, Mike Tyson, it's such an honor," Paul said. "Let's give it up for Mike, bro. He's a legend, he's the greatest to ever do it. He's the GOAT. I look up to him. I'm inspired by him, and we wouldn't be here today without him. This man is an icon and it's just an honor to be able to fight him."
Paul also praised Tyson on social media following the fight.
With their bout in the rearview mirror, Tyson gave a shoutout to his former opponent on his birthday.
