Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes Flexes Super Bowl Rings in IG Profile Photo amid NFL Playoffs

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes changed his Instagram profile picture to a shot of him flashing his three Super Bowl rings as his team gets ready for a run at a fourth Lombardi Trophy.

The Chiefs, who are looking for their third straight Super Bowl title and fourth in six years, are set to host the Houston Texans on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET in the AFC Divisional Round.

The Chiefs just enjoyed their best regular season in franchise history, going 15-2 en route to earning the AFC's No. 1 seed. This season's team was notably 15-1 but rested its starters for the season finale against the Denver Broncos. Its lone loss otherwise was at the No. 2 seed Buffalo Bills.

Kansas City won 11 one-score games, most of which came down to the final minute or play of the game. But the Chiefs remained atop the AFC for the entire year in search of another Super Bowl.

Mahomes finished the season with 3,928 yards and 26 touchdowns (11 interceptions) on a 67.5 percent completion rate. He also rushed for 307 yards and two scores.

His individual statistics haven't been as gaudy as they've been in past years, but Mahomes still guided the Chiefs to another tremendous year.

Saturday brings a rematch against a Texans team that fell 27-19 in Kansas City on Dec. 21. Houston is coming off a 32-12 win over the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFC Wild Card Round.

If Kansas City wins, Mahomes and the Chiefs will have gone to the AFC Championship Game each year since 2018, when he was named the starting quarterback.
