Travis Kelce: It Was 'Dream Come True' to Work With Adam Sandler in 'Happy Gilmore 2'
Travis Kelce is continually living his football dreams as the Kansas City Chiefs star tight end pursues a fourth Super Bowl, but he had the chance to fulfill another dream off the field recently.
Kelce will be a part of the upcoming Happy Gilmore sequel starring Adam Sandler. On The Pat McAfee Show on Monday, Kelce said working with Sandler was a "dream come true."
"I'll tell you what man, that was a dream come true," he said. "I thought SNL was going to be the peak of my acting and showman or entertainment career. Working with Happy Gilmore himself, the Sandman and Happy Productions, it was off the chain, man. They're so professional and yet so fun to work with. I felt like I was working with the Andy Reid of the acting world. He is every bit as cool off the screen as he is on the screen."

It's unclear how big of a role Kelce will play in the upcoming film, but he was featured in the trailer that came out last month.
Fans have yet to see Kelce on the big screen, but his eccentric personality indicates that he'll thrive in a comedy alongside Sandler.
As fans await the arrival of Happy Gilmore 2, they can watch Kelce in his main profession. The Chiefs, who secured the No. 1 seed in the AFC and received a first-round bye, will match up with the Houston Texans in the divisional round on Saturday as they look to get one step closer to a third consecutive championship.
