The Pro Football Hall of Famer starred for the Pats from 2007-2010, most notably catching an NFL-high 23 touchdowns for a 2007 Pats team that went a perfect 16-0 during the regular season.

Moss is one of the greatest wide receivers the NFL has ever seen. He's a six-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro who's second all-time in receiving touchdowns (156) and fourth all-time in receiving yards (15,292).

In 2007, Moss and Tom Brady formed arguably the best single-season QB/WR duo in NFL history, and that's on top of all of his other tremendous accomplishments during his career.

In three-plus seasons in New England (52 games), Moss amassed 259 catches for 3,904 yards and 50 touchdowns.

Following the cancer diagnosis, Moss has had plenty of people rallying behind him and showing their love. The Vikings notably paid tribute before their Dec. 16 game against the Chicago Bears in front of a roaring M&T Bank Stadium crowd.

Moss' ex-Viking wide receiver teammates, legends Cris Carter and Jake Reed, lifted his No. 84 jersey into the air during the coin toss.

As for his health, Moss shared good news during his Dec. 13 cancer diagnosis reveal video, saying that doctors were able to remove a tumor "in the bowel duct right between the pancreas and the liver" using a Whipple procedure.

The 47-year-old still has to underdog "some chemo and radiation" but plans to return to television on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown when he's well enough.
