Week 14 DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Picks, Lineup Tips for Sunday
Some fantasy football managers will soon have their seasons coming to an end. Week 14 of the 2024 NFL season marks the final week of the fantasy regular season, so those who miss their league's playoffs will have nothing more to play for.
But daily fantasy rolls on and could serve as a viable alternative for the later weeks of the regular season.
Week 14 has an 11-game slate filled with plenty of exciting matchups. Those who dive into the action on DraftKings will have choices to make in order to try to have the most success.
Here's some DFS advice for Sunday's NFL matchups.
Pay Up for Barkley's High Price Tag This Week
1 of 3
Unsurprisingly, Saquon Barkley has another high price tag on DraftKings for Week 14. If you want to have the Philadelphia Eagles' star running back in your lineup, it will cost $9,000, which will limit how much you'll be able to spend on other positions.
But this week, it should be more than worth paying up to center a lineup around Barkley.
The Eagles are hosting the Carolina Panthers, who are giving up the most fantasy points to RBs this season (per NFL.com). Meanwhile, Barkley leads the league with 1,499 rushing yards to go along with his 13 total touchdowns.
Philadelphia should win this game with ease, meaning it will take the lead early and keep the ball on the ground. Barkley should get plenty of touches as that happens.
So while it may cost a lot, this is the perfect week to splurge on the top running back in the NFL so far this season.
Levis Should Make for a Solid Budget QB
2 of 3
No team is giving up more fantasy points to quarterbacks this season than the Jacksonville Jaguars (per NFL.com). This week, that should bode well for an AFC South rival.
Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis will take on the Jags in a home matchup on Sunday, which should allow the 25-year-old quarterback to build upon his recent improvement. The Kentucky product has thrown seven touchdowns and only two interceptions over his past four games, three of which he threw for 212 yards or more.
Levis has an affordable DraftKings cost ($5,000) that he should easily outproduce. Even if the Titans continue to struggle, Levis should air it out a good bit against a favorable opponent. It should lead to a fantasy performance that will get the job done in DFS formats.
Target WRs in Atlanta-Minnesota Matchup
3 of 3
There should be plenty of offense in Sunday's matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Atlanta Falcons. Both teams have multiple big-time playmakers, and neither defense has been among the best in the league in terms of stopping those types of stars.
In fact, the Vikings are giving up the most fantasy points to wide receivers and the Falcons are giving up the fifth most (per NFL.com). Those trends could continue when the two teams face off in Atlanta.
Justin Jefferson ($7,800) and Drake London ($6,400) are reliable stars to count on, but they also carry high price tags. So if you can't fit either of them in your lineup, it'd probably be better to go for the next tier that features Atlanta's Darnell Mooney ($5,500) and Minnesota's Jordan Addison ($5,300).
Mooney and Addison should fare well Sunday, making either of them a solid addition to a DFS lineup.
