Texas, Georgia, Alabama and others may have the biggest volume of five-star players, but the Michigan Wolverines made the biggest splash on the five-star market.
Michigan landed quarterback Bryce Underwood, the No. 1 player in the class of 2025, last week. The Wolverines got Underwood to decommit from LSU and become their quarterback of the future.
Alabama and Ohio State are also bringing in top-tier talent at quarterback. The Crimson Tide landed No. 2 overall recruit Keelon Russell and Ohio State kept No. 3 overall prospect Tavien St. Clair in state.
Ohio State was the only program to land a pair of top-five recruits in St. Clair and cornerback Devin Sanchez.
Alabama and Oregon are tied for the most five-star commitments at four. Georgia can join them if it lands the only uncommitted five-star player. No. 9 overall recruit Justus Terry, and offensive lineman from Georgia, has yet to officially make his decision.
