Tom Brady Responds to Eli Manning's Fishing Photos, Jokes About Tyree's Helmet Catch

Legendary quarterbacks and former rivals Tom Brady and Eli Manning had a fun exchange on social media over their fishing photos.

After Manning threw the first jab with a photo of him holding a bigger fish than Brady's "cute minnow," Brady fired back with a question referencing David Tyree's famous helmet catch from Super Bowl XLII:

Manning's bigger fish is yet another win he can claim over Brady, as he was victorious in both their Super Bowl meetings in 2007 and 2011. In the first one, Manning completed a crucial pass to Tyree, who held onto the ball against his helmet to help set up the go-ahead touchdown.

Manning and Brady have since both embarked on successful broadcasting careers after retiring from football, so perhaps their friendly competition will continue in new ways going forward.
