Dolphins' Tyreek Hill Jokes About Viral Meme of Tua, Jaylen Waddle, Achane and Jonnu

After Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa appeared to find some new favorite targets in Sunday's 34-15 win over the New England Patriots, star receiver Tyreek Hill found the humor in the situation.

Hill took to social media to poke fun at a meme depicting Tagovailoa shunning him and fellow receiver Jaylen Waddle in favor of running back De'Von Achane and tight end Jonnu Smith:

Hill happened to be the odd man out in Sunday's dominant win for Miami, recording five catches for 48 yards. Waddle led the team with 144 yards on eight catches with a touchdown, while Smith had a team-high nine catches for 87 yards and a score. Achane, who was limited to 32 rushing yards on 10 carries, made his presence felt in the passing attack with three receptions for 24 yards and two touchdowns.

At this time last year, Hill was on pace to challenge for the NFL single-season receiving yards record. However, he has not been nearly as productive this season, recording 49 catches for 571 yards and three touchdowns. He has not had a 100-yard game since Week 1, and he's been held under 50 yards six times this year compared to just once in all of 2023.

Despite Hill's quiet season, the Dolphins have now won three straight games and rank second in the AFC East with a 5-6 record. Tagovailoa appears to have found his groove, as his four-touchdown performance against the Patriots was his best of the year.

Miami will have a quick turnaround as it tries to keep the momentum going when it faces the Green Bay Packers (8-3) on Thanksgiving Night.
